1. Eligibility for Returns

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at contact@fitch-and-co.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your return is not approved (e.g., signs of wear or damage), we may send the item back to you at your cost.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
