Thank you for shopping at Fitch & Co. We want you to love what you ordered — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Swimwear, undergarments, and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

Please include your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions for returning the item.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank or credit card account.

  2. Contact your card issuer — it may take time before your refund posts.
